Reservation and cancellation conditions for the campsite

For bookings from 01.04.2025:

When booking, you can choose between the following two options:

1. Cancellation Protection: The cancellation protection is always 10% of the total price. If you choose this option, you only pay for the cancellation protection. No deposit is required, and you can cancel free of charge up until the day of arrival without providing a reason. However, a cancellation notice is necessary for the protection to take effect—if you do not show up without notifying us, the first night will be charged. The cancellation protection fee is not deducted from the total price.
2. Pay in Advance: If you pay the full amount in advance, the total amount will be retained in the event of early departure or cancellation. On-site, you only pay the local tax. In this case, we recommend having your own travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellations must always be made in writing. Booked periods will NOT be postponed.
The booked period is binding; a date change is considered a cancellation followed by a new booking.

For all online camping bookings:

The price at which you booked online is binding and cannot be changed on-site using camping cards or current flat-rate offers. A change to a different pitch category is possible on-site depending on availability and for an additional fee. If you choose a cheaper pitch category on-site, the originally booked category will still be charged. For online reservations, the booked pitch category will be automatically assigned based on availability. Requests for specific pitch numbers will be considered if possible, but cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation conditions for all bookings made until 31.03.2025:

Cancellations must be made in writing, and the following cancellation fees apply:

• Up to 1 month before arrival: only the deposit
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 50% of the total price
• Within the last week before arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the total price

 

General reservation conditions:

1. Your reserved pitch is available from 11:00 AM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Early arrival before 11:00 AM: Low season: EUR 10.00 / High season: EUR 17.00.
2. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please inform us so we can keep your pitch reserved. Without notice, your pitch will be reassigned. In case of late arrival or early departure, the full price per night for unused days must be paid. This also applies to rental and family bathrooms.
3. We make every effort to provide you with your booked pitch, but we reserve the right to make changes if necessary for special reasons.

• We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
• Cancellation fees must be paid regardless of whether the pitch is rebooked by someone else.
• Prices can be found on our current price list. Subject to unforeseen price changes and printing errors.
• The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1, 10 FAGG does not apply. Only the cancellation conditions under item 4 apply.
